Body Fitness uses Electrical Muscular Stimulation (EMS) technology to provide in just 20 minutes the equivalent of an hour’s gym workout. As a general rule, a fitness program would demand a wide variety of exercises and work. During a single session of our program, the digital device works 350 different muscles, contracting them a total of 36,000 times, meaning they’re working up to ten times harder than during conventional exercise. EMS stimulates 90 per cent of your body’s main muscles every time you use it providing great flexibility stamina, endurance and sense of wellbeing, And all, with a minimal investment of time as little as 20 minute just two times per week.

The fitness session goes through a regime of different body postures performing strengthening and toning exercises while receiving wireless impulses emitted from our digital device that intensify the way the muscles respond and forcing them to work twice as hard over the same time period. These impulses feel like very soft, constant, static mini-electric pulses. Towards the end, you will feel your body muscles softly contracting involuntarily.
The program requires a fitted suit specially designed to conduct the electro-digital stimulation to your body. The suit comprises electrodes on specific areas along the arms, torso, bottom and legs. EMS has been used widely by athletes for centuries, and recently has received increasing attention in Europe because of its potential to serve as a strength and stretch -training tool for healthy subjects

Body Fitness Session Process
Each fitness session is personally conducted by a certified body fitness trainer and individually pre-designed to each client’s personal needs and goals within the 9-pleople limited group per session You can expect to be out of the door 40 minutes after arriving
- Arrival – 5 mins
Arrive for your booked appointment. receive a briefing, and sign a disclaimer. Get on a cotton suit center provided by the center and onto your own fitted suit.
- Workout – 25 mins
Move to the exercise room. Start a 5-minute warm up period while receiving the pre exercise instructions. Over the following 20-minute workout session your trainer will lead you through a series of exercises designed to stimulate different muscle groups of your body while receiving impulses of different frequency and intensity according to your pre-programmed fitness levels and goals.
- Post workout – 10 mins
